Whiz Kidz Early Learning Centres & Preschools are family-owned and operated services across NSW and VIC, founded by two sisters who are also having a teaching background and mums.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Centre Director to lead an established early learning service in the Parramatta area.
n
This is a role for a leader who is passionate about people, occupancy and centre performance - someone who takes ownership of their centre while being part of a wider team of like-minded Centre Directors. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate, share ideas and learn from other Directors across Whiz Kidz, while working independently to lead and grow your own centre.

About the Role
n
You will be responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the service, with a strong focus on:
n
Building occupancy through strong family engagement, enrolment follow-up and community connections
n
Leading and engaging your team and creating a positive, accountable culture
n
Managing team conflict and addressing issues early and professionally
n
Staying on top of staffing, ratios, leave, recruitment and workforce requirements
n
Building strong relationships with children, families and educators
n
Maintaining high standards of compliance, safety and quality
n




What We're Looking For
n
ACECQA-approved Diploma or higher qualification
n
Minimum 2 years' Centre Director experience
n
Proven experience building occupancy and enrolments
n
Robust people leadership and team engagement skills
n
Confidence managing conflict, performance and difficult conversations
n
Excellent understanding of staffing, ratios and compliance
n
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach
n
Current WWCC and relevant child protection training
n
