Marine Outboard Mechanic – Full Time

About the Role
n
n
Servicing, diagnosing and repairing outboard engines (Honda Marine & other major brands)
n
Fit‐ups, repowers, rigging and electrical installations
n
Troubleshooting engine performance issues
n
Preparing boats for delivery and ensuring high workshop standards
n
Maintaining accurate job records and communicating clearly with the service team
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Experience as a marine mechanic or similar mechanical trade
n
Strong diagnostic and problem‐solving skills
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, supportive team
n
Reliable, professional and customer‐focused
n
Current driver's licence (boat licence highly regarded)
n
Experience with Honda Marine is a bonus, but not essential
n
