The essence of this role is to provide pharmacy services to the patients and staff: Distribution -Accurate and timely provision of medications for inpatients, outpatients and at discharge.
Key responsibilities
This permanent part time Senior Pharmacist (Grade 3) role is three days per week and is responsible for the day-to‐day operation of the Hospital Pharmacy Service at Neringah Hospital in Wahroonga, and other HammondCare Health & Hospital sites if required.
Research and training -Participate in research and training to improve medication knowledge and use.
What you need
Appropriate Qualification in Pharmacy.
Registration with Australian Health Professionals Registration Agency (AHPRA).
Recent experience in hospital pharmacy practice.
