Rostering Officer – Disability (Fixed Term – Full time)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and organised
Rostering Officer
to support Brightwater's Disability Services, including our Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) sites. In this fast-paced role, you will coordinate staff rosters to ensure safe, consistent, and person-centred care for clients with complex needs.
Working as part of a centralised rostering team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the right staff are in place at the right time—balancing client needs, workforce availability, and compliance requirements.
This role is being recruited on a permanent part-time basis working
76 hours per fortnight
for a
12-month period

What you'll bring
Experience in
rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination
Understanding of
disability services or NDIS (highly regarded)
Strong
problem-solving and organisational skills
Excellent
communication and stakeholder engagement
High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Confidence using
rostering systems and Microsoft Office
A flexible,
team-focused and customer-centric approach
A valid NDIS clearance.
A satisfactory National Police Clearance issued within the past 12 months.
A current valid WA driver's licence.
