Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
Offer expert product advice and tailored solutions
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Process customer orders, quotes, and payments (cash and card)
Manage stock control and inventory, including handling large stock deliveries
Assist with in-store promotions, merchandising, and visual displays
Maintain store cleanliness and organization
Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives
Undertake additional tasks as directed by management

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with excellent time management skills
Passion for customer service and problem-solving
Energetic, friendly, and approachable personality
Proficiency with basic computer software
