Centurion Asia Pacific Rentals & Services is seeking a Group HR Generalist to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused HR support across multiple entities. This hands-on, autonomous role partners with GMs and leaders to advise on employee relations, performance and remuneration and organisational change.
You will manage ER/IR, investigations and workplace issues, assist with enterprise agreement consultations, recruitment, remuneration benchmarking, L&D; collaboration and policy development.
