Healthproof is seeking a Mobile Occupational Therapist to work across Western Sydney, delivering in-home and community-based therapy. You'll assess needs, tailor real-world plans, and provide hands-on, evidence-based treatment to help clients live independently and more meaningfully.
You'll work within a multidisciplinary team, manage diverse caseloads including NDIS and aged care, and have the flexibility to schedule visits, telehealth, and report writing from home.
