Role Description:
n
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a candidate with a keen eye for cleanliness, impressive people focused leadership skills and a drive for improvement to join the Initial Hygiene Team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of Service Technicians to ensure quality delivery of service and customer satisfaction. This role is predominantly Monday to Friday and public holidays rostered off and includes a fully maintained company vehicle, mobile phone, and company uniform.

The main duties for this role will include, but not be limited to:

n
Supervise, develop and coach the Service Technician team in field
n




Conduct & participate in monthly team and safety toolbox meetings
n
Conduct regular quality audits
n
Inducting new staff members to the team
n
Managing and scheduling service runs
n
Administration related to servicing activities
n
Managing customer feedback
n
Fortnightly Pays
n
Covering service runs for Service Technicians when required
n
n
The ideal candidate will possess:
n
n
Previous experience in a Supervisory or Management role (minimum 2 years) looking after upward of ten employees
n
Certificate IV Front line Management (desirable)
n
Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills
n
People management skills
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Ability to work well under pressure and meet KPI's
n
Time management skills
n
Extensive knowledge of field servicing will be highly regarded
n
A current Australian Driver's license is essential
n
n
