The Role
n
As a Senior Estimator, you will serve as a pivotal technical leader within the estimating department, driving commercial success and championing accuracy across high-value tenders.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Produce accurate, competitive, and high-quality construction cost estimates independently.
n
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
n
Manage medium-to-high complexity and high-value tenders end-to-end.
n
Drive value-engineering initiatives to optimise project outcomes.
n
Ensure every bid is commercially robust, risk-aware, and structured to secure profitable work.
n

Requirements
n
n
Experience: 10+ years of proven experience as a Commercial Construction Estimator.
n
Sector Expertise: Commercial and Retail project experience is essential.
n
Software: Demonstrated proficiency with Cubit, Cubit Select, and Buildsoft.
n
Qualifications: Tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
n
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and local building regulations.
n
Skills: Advanced analytical, mathematical, negotiation, and communication skills.
n
Eligibility: Full, unlimited working rights in Australia.
