Key responsibilities

You will lead the day-to-day operations of the portfolio business services function, ensuring high team performance and alignment with strategic priorities and operational objectives.

You will build strong strategic relationships and champion best-practice project management frameworks, ensuring effective governance, budget, risk, assurance and compliance practices across infrastructure projects.
n
Working closely with creative industries, state sporting organisations, local governments, and key stakeholders across government and industry, you will influence projects at every stage – from early planning and feasibility through to delivery and transition to operations.

We are looking for a strategic, collaborative and outcomes-focused leader with solid portfolio or project management experience, excellent stakeholder skills and a proven ability to drive improvement in complex infrastructure, construction, or government environments.
