Carryoutgeneralbuildingrepairsandpreventativemaintenance
Performbasiccarpentry,painting,plumbing,plasteringandgeneralhandymanwork
Maintainguestaccommodation,amenities,publicfacilitiesandrecreationalareas
Operatelawnmowers,brushcutters,tractorsandothermaintenanceequipment
Maintaingardens,roads,fencesandlandscapedareas
Assistwithrenovation,refurbishmentandpropertyimprovementprojects
Respondpromptlytomaintenancerequestsfrommanagementandguests
Maintainpools,pumpsandgeneralpropertyinfrastructure
Inspectfacilitiesandidentifymaintenancerequirements
EnsureallworkiscompletedinaccordancewithWorkplaceHealthandSafetystandards
Maintaintools,equipmentandmaintenancerecords
Supporttheoverallpresentationandoperationalefficiencyoftheproperty
Requirements & Eligibility
Previousexperienceingeneralmaintenance,buildingmaintenance,facilitiesmanagementorasimilarrole
Practicalskillsacrossmultipletrades
Abilitytodiagnoseandresolvemaintenanceissuesefficiently




Physicallyfitandcapableofperformingmanualwork
Reliable,self-motivatedandabletoworkindependently
Goodcommunicationandcustomerserviceskills
Currentdriver'slicenceorwillingnesstoobtainanAustralianddriver'slicence
