About the role:

If you enjoy working with people, you like cars and take pride in delivering a great customerservice experience - then this is the positionfor you!

As a Service Advisor, you are the main point of contact for our customers who are bringing their car in for a service.
n
You will be helping them understand what their vehicle needs and ensuring they have a great experience from drop-off to pick-up.
n
This position is Permanent Full Time,based inKirrawee. Working hours are7:30am to 5:30pm.
n
No experience is required - we will train you!
n
What You'll Do:
n
n
Greet customers in the morning and help them check in for their car service
n
Listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
n




Act as the customer contact between your customer and our back of house team
n
Our back of house team will confirm what maintenance & repair services are required for your customers car - you will pass this information onto your customer
n
You will explain the work that is to be performed and costs involved
n
Keep customers updated throughout the day
n
Overall ensure a smooth, positive service experience for every customer
n
n
About you:
n
n
You will have great interpersonal skills and enjoy speaking with customers!
n
You enjoy working in a fast-paced busy environment
n
You will be able to promote certain products that customers may need for their cars
n
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
n
Able to work 7:30am to 5:30pm - Monday to Friday
n
Current NSW Driver's Licence
n
