Key Responsibilities
Takeoverallresponsibilityforthesite'squalityassuranceandfoodsafetyactivities
Maintainandimprovequalitymanagementsystemsandfoodsafetyprograms
EnsureApprovedArrangementsandregulatoryrequirementsremaincurrentandcompliant
Preparethesiteforinternal,customerandregulatoryaudits
Leadauditactivitiesandcoordinateeffectiveresponsestofindings
Investigatequalityincidents,non-conformancesandprocessdeviations
ManageCAPAactivitiesandensurecorrectiveactionsdeliverlastingimprovements
Conductverificationprograms,traceabilitychecksandmockrecallexercises
Maintainaccuratequalitydocumentation,recordsandregulatorynotifications
LeadQApersonnelthroughpre-operational,hygieneandprocessverificationactivities
Buildastrongcultureoffoodsafety,qualityownershipandcontinuousimprovement
Monitorcompliancewithcustomerrequirementsandproductspecifications




Supportinvestigationsandimprovementinitiativesacrossproductionoperations
Providecoaching,mentoringandleadershiptotheQAteam

RelevantqualificationinFoodScience,FoodTechnology,AgriculturalScience,QualityManagementorarelateddiscipline
Professionalexperienceinqualityassurance,foodsafetyorcompliancewithinfoodmanufacturingorprocessing
PracticalunderstandingofHACCPandfoodsafetymanagementsystems
Experiencewithqualityaudits,complianceassessmentsorregulatoryinspections
Demonstratedexperienceinvestigatingnon-conformancesandimplementingcorrectiveactions
Strongunderstandingofqualitydocumentation,verificationandrecordmanagement
Abilitytoanalyseproblemsandidentifypractical,sustainablesolutions
Previousexperiencesupervising,mentoringorleadingaQAorfoodsafetyteam
Strongcommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills
