Skills & Experience Require
Senior construction/building contract and commercial management experience, including head and subcontract administration
Proven ability to lead subcontractor and trade administration on medium to large built form projects
Industry-relevant degree qualification




Familiarity with Contract Law principles and construction-specific Acts, codes, and regulations
A explicit, collaborative communicator
Self-motivated, with the ability to drive outcomes independently
A strong appreciation for systems and processes
The Opportunity
You'll work alongside an experienced commercial leadership team, providing end-to-end subcontractor contract administration, including but not limited to:
Cost and head contract management
Establishing management plans aligned with contract risks and opportunities
Preparing subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules across multiple trades
Managing progress claims and variations
Applying a working understanding of construction practices, sequencing, and value-driven delivery
Cost and project reporting via Jobpac and Payapps — training provided on the systems
