With our occupancy continuing to grow and our permanent team navigating periods of leave, illness and well-deserved breaks, we urgently need
reliable, caring casual educators
who can step in and help us maintain the consistency our children depend on.
Your role is essential. Casual educators help ensure children feel safe, settled and supported even when their familiar educators are away.
About the Role
As a casual educator, you'll support our team across the Centre, providing continuity of care during staff absences. You'll;
Step confidently into rooms when permanent educators are on leave, breaks or unwell
Build warm, trusting relationships that help children feel secure during staffing changes
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with EYLF, VEYLDF and our Centre philosophy
Communicate respectfully and professionally with families
Ensure children are supervised, supported and thriving throughout the day
Contribute to a calm, consistent environment for children and educators
Uphold regulatory requirements and Centre policies with guidance from our leadership team.

What We're Looking For
Certificate III or Diploma qualified educators who;
Are passionate about early childhood education
Communicate with warmth, clarity and professionalism
Value relationships, connection and belonging
Are committed to children's wellbeing and safety
Can adapt confidently to different rooms and age groups
Understand the importance of continuity of care for children and familiesThrive in a collaborative, supportive team workplace
