Key responsibilities
Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors, buyers, and referral partners
Prospecting and generating new residential sales opportunities
Assisting with appraisals, listing presentations, and campaign strategies
Managing buyer enquiries and developing an active buyer database
Conducting inspections and supporting open-for-inspection campaigns

Maintaining accurate CRM records and consistently following up leads
Working collaboratively with agents, administration, marketing, and leadership
