About the Role
We are seeking Traffic Controllers and experienced Team Leaders to work across various sites throughout Victoria.
You must be flexible to work
day or night shift
, willing to travel, and confident working on
VicRoads-managed roads
.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, manage and pack down traffic management equipment
Operate in a range of environments including
high-speed zones
Work with
TMAs
,
VMS vehicles
, and other specialised equipment (for experienced staff)




Lead crews and manage on-site safety (Team Leaders)
Follow Traffic Management Plans and all safety protocols
Maintain a positive, inclusive and professional work environment
What You Need
Construction White Card
RIIWHS302E / RIIWHS205E
or
TC2 / TMI2 and above
Experience on
VicRoads roads
(highly desirable)
Valid driver's license
C class (car) driver's license required as minimum license class
Reliable transport (required for straight-to-site work)
Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset
Willingness to travel and work both
day and night shifts
Current First Aid & CPR
Highly Desirable
Experienced
Team Leaders / TMI2+
Knowledge across a wide variety of traffic management environments
Experience with TMAs and high-speed setups
Rail Tickets
