Key responsibilities
Manage and deliver technical HF leadership across multiple projects and HF reviews.
Perform HF integration and assurance tasks to support project delivery.
Lead improvements in HF foundations and practices.
Develop and integrate HF requirements into project and system design processes.
What you need
Strong demonstrated ability in applying HF techniques in complex, high‐reliability environments.
Robust experience in consultation, facilitation and representing Human Factors in a variety of internal and external stakeholder situations.
Skilled at identifying and addressing Human Factors challenges, managing resistance to change, and integrating contemporary good‐practice approaches to improve system safety.
