Bill to Cash Subject Matter Expert (SME) - SAP
n
Role Summary
n
The Bill to Cash SME provides functional expertise and business process knowledge for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation. Working with the Stream Lead, project team, and business stakeholders, the role supports end-to-end process and system design, documents and validates business requirements, and contributes to readiness, testing, and adoption across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide Bill to Cash domain SME input across design, build, and deployment.
n
Document and validate current-state processes and business requirements (including pain points/opportunities).
n
Support future-state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4 and business needs.
n
Participate in workshops/design discussions; review and validate proposed process/system changes.
n
Support issue and risk management within the stream (process, data, solution), including escalation where required.
n
Contribute to testing (scenario input, execution support, defect triage, outcome validation).
n
Support change and readiness activities (process documentation, training inputs, communications, adoption support).
n
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to the Stream Lead.
n
Work in line with Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, Ethics,



and Human Resources policies and uphold Kraft Heinz values.

Strong Bill to Cash functional knowledge; effective communicator and collaborator in a matrix environment.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.
n
Ability to travel on a routine basis.

Skills and Experience
n
n
Bachelor's degree.
n
Experience in process improvement and/or project, transformation, or system-related initiatives.
n
Able to document requirements and processes and translate business needs into practical solutions with cross-functional stakeholders.
n
Experience supporting workshops and delivery activities (e.g., testing, training, implementation).
n
Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.
n
SAP/ERP or large-scale system implementation experience is advantageous.
n
Strong Bill to Cash functional knowledge; effective communicator and collaborator in a matrix environment.
n
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities and timelines.
n
Ability to travel on a routine basis.
