As an
NDIS Youth Assistant
, you will:
n
n
Deliver engaging
group and 1:1 training
to build skills and confidence
n
Support participants to achieve
employment, independence, and social goals
n
Create and tailor
workshops
to suit diverse learning needs
n
Provide
end-to-end support
including training, workplace, and community activities
n
Work closely with Youth and Workplace Consultants to support participant progress
n
About you n
You're passionate about helping young people succeed and thrive.

You will bring:

Have roster flexibility and available to work weekends

Understanding of the
NDIS
(desirable)
n
Experience or qualifications in
Community Services, Education, Youth Work
(desirable)

Life experience or relevant work experience (formal qualifications not essential)
