We're looking for a
confident, energetic and sales-driven Sales & Social Media Assistant
to join Baena Furniture.

If you're outstanding with people, love the challenge of closing a sale and feel completely comfortable jumping in front of a camera to create content - this could be the perfect role for you.

This isn't a job where you'll stand around waiting for customers.

You'll take ownership of the customer experience,
drive sales, work towards individual KPIs
, follow up opportunities and help bring the Baena Furniture brand to life across social media.

What You'll Do n
As a Sales & Social Media Assistant, you'll help drive both
sales and brand growth
.
n
You will:
n
n
Connect with customers, build rapport and uncover what they're looking for
n
Deliver confident and engaging product demonstrations
n
Ask for the sale, overcome objections and close customers
n
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards team KPIs
n
Follow up quotes, enquiries and sales opportunities to maximise conversions
n
Identify opportunities for additional products and add-on sales
n
Maintain strong product knowledge across our furniture ranges
n




Create engaging short-form content for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms
n
Confidently appear in Reels, videos and promotional content
n
Capture product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes photos and videos
n
Help keep our showrooms looking exceptional
n
Work with the team to continue growing the Baena Furniture brand
n
Who You Are n
We're looking for someone who is:

Sales-focused with a natural ability to connect with people
n
Confident, outgoing and comfortable starting conversations
n
Motivated by results and enjoys working towards targets
n
Comfortable asking for the sale and closing
n
Energetic, driven and proactive
n
Well-presented and professional
n
A strong communicator who can build rapport quickly
n
Confident and natural in front of a camera
n
Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook and creating short-form content
n
Physically fit and happy working in an active showroom environment
n
Reliable, organised and willing to take ownership
n
Available to work weekends
n
n
Furniture sales experience isn't essential.
n
Experience in retail, fitness, hospitality, fashion, automotive, real estate, phone sales or another customer-fac?ing sales environment would be highly regarded.
n
