Are you a passionate and reliable Diploma-qualified Educator looking for your next opportunity? We're looking for two Assistant Educators to join our team at Thornhill Village in a part-time capacity.
n
This is a great chance for an Educator who enjoys working collaboratively, building strong relationships with children and families, and being part of a supportive team.
n
About the role
n
As an Assistant Educator, you'll play an important role in supporting the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 2–3 years, while also providing support across the centre as a floating Educator.
n
You'll work alongside experienced Educators to create engaging learning experiences and help maintain a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for every child.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Supporting the daily program and learning experiences for children aged 2–3
n
Building positive and meaningful relationships with children and families
n
Working collaboratively with your room team and educators across the centre
n
Supporting children's individual needs, development and wellbeing
n
Assisting with routines, transitions and day-to-day room operations
n
Floating across the service where required and contributing to a positive team environment
n
n
About you
n




We're looking for someone who is:

Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Supportive, reliable and responsible
n
A genuine team player
n
A confident and clear communicator
n
Passionate about working with children and supporting their development
n
Flexible and willing to work across a range of shifts
n
n
The hours
n
This is a Part-Time opportunity, with shifts scheduled between 6:30am and 6:30pm. Flexibility across these hours is required.
