Job Description
Wilson Security is seeking a full time Operations Coordinator at Essendon Fields to join our National Operations Centre. The role covers dispatch, rostering and after-hours coverage across guarding and patrol services on a rotating 24/7 schedule.

You will coordinate mobile patrol responses, monitor welfare, manage CCTV events, and liaise with clients and field staff in a quick-paced environment, upholding professional standards and SOP compliance.
