What You'll Be Doing:
Greeting customers with a warm, friendly welcome and building instant rapport
Listening to customer needs and guiding them through the vehicle purchase process
Conducting engaging test drives and showcasing vehicle features with confidence
Negotiating deals and closing sales with professionalism and enthusiasm
Following up with leads and maintaining long-term customer relationships
Staying up to date with the latest vehicle models, features, and promotions
Working closely with the sales team and management to achieve KPI's

A vibrant, outgoing personality with a genuine love for helping people
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential — we'll train the right person!
A self-starter who thrives in a target-driven setting
A team player with a can-do attitude and a hunger to succeed
