We are seeking a

to join our front office administrative team in ourmodernandprogressivepractice close to Melbourne CBD and public transport.Immediate start and onboarding available!
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
In addition to being the pleasant first point of contact and face of the practice, you will be involved in daily administrative responsibilities which are integral to the smooth running of the practice (managing new patient leads, appointment making, payments and scheduling, patient communication). You will become a familiar face to our friendly and loyal patients of whom you will interact with on a daily basis.
You will be joining a vibrant and dynamic team who are passionate about providing premium dental care services and a 5 star patient experience!
Although preferable, dental experience is not required. However, a robust background in
customer service
is necessary. Along with experienced receptionists, we encourage applicants with previous experience in
clinical/hospital administration or customer service/sales
.
All dental specific training and support will be provided on the job for the right candidate to excel in this position.

Working alongside senior dentists to help develop and communicate complex treatment plans

Work closely with Principal Dentist in strategy, marketing, performance tracking, refining systems and processes
Blended clinical opportunities (photography, intra oral scanning), advanced scheduling, theatre bookings, advanced organisational and executive assistant tasks
