Who are we looking for

A tertiary qualification in HumanResources, Business, Psychology, Employment/IndustrialRelationsor arelated discipline.
n
Demonstrated experience in aseniorPeople & Culture Business Partner position, supporting complexand diverse business portfolios.
n
Solid working knowledge ofAustralian employment legislationand contemporary people practices.
n
The ability to analyse complexsituations, exercise sound judgement and deliver practical, commerciallyfocused solutions.

About the Role
n
AsDirector, People &Culture; Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders across NewSouth Wales& ACTand a diverse corporateportfolioprimarily ofProperty and FacilitiesManagement.
n
Acting as a trusted people advisor, you willprovideexpert guidanceon a broad range of People & Culture matters while helping leaders buildengaged, high performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with leaders across theSydney business to provide practical, day to day HR support and advice.
n
Act as the first point of contactfor managersand a coachon employee relations, performancemanagement,engagementand people related matters.

Support recruitment activities,workforce planning and onboarding across your portfolio.
n
Provide clear and commerciallyfocused advice on employment legislation, policies and procedures.
n
Build strong relationships withstakeholdersacross New South Walesand ACT.

Managetransitionofemployeesfrom other organisationsincluding Transfers ofBusiness
