Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Guest Experience Officer at VIC, Fawkner Leisure Centre to drive pre-sale membership sales and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will meet enrolment targets, conduct tours, and manage memberships with accuracy.
You will bring robust communication and sales skills, a minimum of 2 years in customer experience, and the ability to influence outcomes while upholding our CLEA R values. Weekend availability and eligibility to work in Australia are required.
