Key Responsibilities
Lead the interior design process for premium hotel and F&B; projects, ensuring visionary concepts are translated into compelling spaces.
Collaborate closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, championing ideas from initial concept to detailed design.
Utilise Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino to produce precise, inspiring design documentation.
Oversee technical delivery, maintaining design integrity while managing project timelines.
Contribute to studio design discussions,
fostering a creative and collaborative environment.
Adapt design solutions to meet budget and regulatory constraints without compromising vision.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in luxury hotel or hospitality interior design, with a portfolio of F&B; schemes essential.
Robust proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino.
Ability to take ownership and lead design development through to technical detailing.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to client presentations.
Studio experience within high-end hospitality sectors ideal.
