Why You'll Love This Role
As an Equipment Specialist, joining the team at our Braeside branch, you'll play a vital role in helping clients find the right mobility solutions through hands‐on equipment trials and demonstrations. Working closely with individual clients, their families and their therapists (Occupational Therapists & Physiotherapists), you'll deliver customised mobility outcomes that make a real difference.
You will travel across Melbourne, attending scheduled appointments in the community - including homes, schools, hospitals, and clinics.

What You'll Be Doing
Conducting personalised consultations with therapists and families
Recommending mobility solutions tailored to individual client needs
Scripting equipment as trialled and preparing accurate quotations
Delivering and demonstrating equipment functionality
Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and empathy at all times
Fostering strong relationships in the community to encourage loyalty and repeat business
Meeting KPIs and sales targets
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or relationship-based role
Mechanically minded and enjoy working with tools & equipment (advantage)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex needs
Physically fit and capable of lifting/moving equipment
Current driver's licence
Comfortable with MS Office and CRM systems
