The Nitty Gritty
Join our team as a Travel & Accommodation Advisor and play a key role in keeping our mining operation moving seamlessly. In this quick-paced and dynamic position, you'll coordinate travel, accommodation, rosters, and site logistics for employees, contractors, and visitors - ensuring every journey is safe, efficient, and cost-effective.
Working closely with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Village Management, and external travel providers, you'll manage flights, site transfers, accommodation allocations, and workforce movements with precision and exceptional customer service.
From mobilisation and onboarding to roster transitions and operational continuity, you'll be at the centre of delivering smooth workforce logistics that support site success every day. If you thrive in a highly organised, people-focused environment and enjoy solving logistical challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You will also work closely with our Senior Site Administrator, providing cover for each other during rostered absences.
This is a permanent full time role and the successful applicant may be either DIDO or residential.
What You Bring
Previous experience in travel coordination, administration, or accommodation management.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.




Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
Desirable
Previous experience within mining, FIFO, or remote operations.
Experience using travel booking and workforce management systems.
Understanding of mining rosters and mobilisation requirements.
Exposure to accommodation forecasting and workforce logistics.
