We are seeking an experienced Site Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations at our Life Sciences and Healthcare site in Horsley/ Park. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective management of all operational activities, driving performance, and maintaining high standards of service delivery for our valued customers. A agile role, where everyday is different, your duties will include:

Leading and managing the operations team, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
n
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure timely and accurate results in line with SLA's.
n
Analysis of operational performance, implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
n
Ensuring site compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements and driving a culture of compliance and safety.
n
Managing resources and logistics to optimise operational costs, improve service levels, and exceed customer expectations.
n
Provide training, support, and development opportunities for team members including identification of talent and succession planning.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience in operations management within the 3PL logistics or supply chain industry.
n
Leadership and team management skills including the ability to engage, motivate and develop your team.
n
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
n
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional outlook.
n
Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office.
n
Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field will be highly regarded.
