About the role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced payroll and rewards professional to join a growing global FMCG business. Working closely with HR and doing payroll across Australia and New Zealand, this role will take ownership of payroll operations, remuneration processes, employee benefits and people services administration. You'll play a key role in driving payroll accuracy, strengthening governance, and improving employee experience. The role is a replacement so there is solid visibility for a temporary to permanent conversion for the right candidate.
