Permanent - Full Time, 38 hours per week position
Located in East Maitland at our beautifully designed Green Hills Residential Care Home

Maintainlawns, gardens, car park and other outdoor spaces to a high standard
Operateand care for equipment (ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, etc.)
Supportresident-led garden projects and help make outdoor areas accessible forall
Worksafely and help others do the same
Respond to feedback and work withthe Maintenance/Property Services team to keep everything running smoothly

Apractical, can-do attitude and an eye for detail
Confidenceusing equipment and basic IT skills (email, excel and word)
A validdriver's licence and willingness to work outdoors in a physicallydemanding role
Friendly,helpful approach with residents, staff, and visitors
Willingnessto get (or already have) a National Criminal History Check for aged care
