The Company is seeking a Head of Enterprise Delivery and Flow to optimize the work across various delivery frameworks, including Agile and Waterfall. The successful candidate will be responsible for influencing senior leaders to remove systemic barriers to delivery and will lead the development and mobilization of a roadmap to enhance the flow of work and consistency across business units. This role requires a leader with a strong background in enterprise delivery, capable of embedding a cohesive delivery strategy, and leading an integrated approach across different delivery structures.
The Head of Enterprise Delivery and Flow will also be tasked with improving end-to-end flow, visibility, and coordination, as well as establishing consistent delivery principles and standards.
