Client Services Manager - Financial Advisory firm
A well-established financial planning practice on St Kilda Road is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to join its team.
Supporting a group of experienced Financial Advisers, you will play an important role in delivering a high standard of service to clients while ensuring the advice process runs efficiently and accurately.
This is a broad role suited to someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and values being part of a professional, collaborative team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to -
Prepare review packs and meeting documentation
Coordinate new client onboarding and account establishment
Manage portfolio transactions, contributions, withdrawals and transfers
Prepare and issue advice and consent documentation
Liaise with platforms, product providers and clients
Support advisers with workflow management and ongoing client servicing
Assist in coordinating offshore administration support
Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
Experience required -
Experience within financial planning or wealth management
Strong client service and administration skills
Knowledge of advice processes and investment platforms
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
High attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, reliable and proactive
