Key responsibilities
In this customer-focused role, you will provide exceptional service to a diverse range of aquatic centre users, helping them access programs, services and activities that support active and healthy lifestyles.
Working in a quick-paced environment, you will build positive relationships with customers, respond to enquiries, resolve issues professionally, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive experience for everyone who visits the Inner West Council Aquatic centres.
What you need
Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications.
Previous experience in Health, Fitness, Aquatics, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent industry.
Experience in a fast–paced high volume customer service environment.
