The Role
n

Build solid relationships within the local community and generate new business
n
Run open homes,



prospect and cold call, and follow up with buyers
n
Coordinate mail-outs and maintain regular communication with clients
n
Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other key stakeholders
n
Coordinate pest and building inspections while delivering outstanding, personalised service
n

About You
n

Bring a resilient, self-motivated and adaptable approach

Be well presented, with strong communication skills and preferably good local market knowledge

Communicate confidently across all levels, both verbally and in writing

Demonstrate a strong ability to build client relationships and deliver an excellent customer experience

Offer some experience within residential real estate sales
n
Hold a Certificate of Registration, valid driver's licence and reliable car
n
