An outstanding prospect has arisen for a Senior Associate to join a highly regarded International commercial litigation practice on a permanent basis. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value matters alongside multiple respected partners across broad commercial disputes & class actions.
The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial litigation matters and key responsibilities will include:
Managing and running litigation matters with a high degree of autonomy
Providing strategic and commercially astute legal advice
Conducting legal research and preparing detailed written advice
Drafting court documents, correspondence and submissions
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Assisting with business development initiatives and mentoring junior lawyers
The ideal candidate will have:
Approximately 4–7 years' PAE gained within a reputable commercial litigation practice
Experience across commercial disputes
Strong technical drafting and analytical skills
Excellent client management and communication abilities
A commercial mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team
