The role
n
As Service Manager,



you will oversee a supported accommodation service, managing team performance, client safety, and operational excellence. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budgets, and fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement. You will be the key contact for clients, families, and stakeholders, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support to live independent, meaningful lives.

Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Disability, Nursing, or related field (AHPRA registration highly regarded)
n
Minimum five years' experience in mental health and residential support management
n
Leadership experience managing support staff
n
Full working rights in Australia
n
NSW Driver's License preferred
n
Current police check and working with
children/vulnerable
persons checks
