SUBCO is seeking a hands-on NOC Engineer to join a global, high-performing team responsible for 24x7 monitoring, incident response, and operational support of international optical and IP networks. You will work across shifts to ensure continuous service and drive improvements.
You'll triage events, resolve incidents, and contribute to automation, runbooks, and PIRs while coordinating with stakeholders and customers during outages.
