You'll work alongside experienced healthcare professionals supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a secure forensic environment. What You'll Be Doing
Conducting mental health assessments and review
Developing and implementing care plans
Supporting patients through therapeutic interventions
Managing risk assessments and crisis situations
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
Promoting recovery-focused and patient-centred care

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurs
Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent)
A passion for mental health and delivering quality patient care
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to stay calm, adaptable and confident in a dynamic environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
