Golding Contractors Pty Ltd is seeking a safety-focused Trainer & Assessor (Maintenance) for the South Walker Creek project. The role is dayshift on an 8/6 roster and involves delivering maintenance training, assessments and coaching to build workforce capability.
Reporting to the SHET Superintendent, you will onboard current employees, maintain training plans and ensure competencies across maintenance personnel to promote safety and continuous improvement on site.
