We're looking for experienced Steel Fabricators to join our team at TTM Engineering in Mulgrave, NSW for both site and workshop positions. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and the opportunity to work on real, meaningful projects.
What you'll be doing
Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications to fabricate custom metalworks components, such as balustrades, staircases, small structural projects, architectural designs and artwork
Operating a variety of fabrication equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and cutting tools
Performing precision measuring, marking, and cutting of steel materials
Assembling and welding steel components to create finished products
Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
Collaborating with the engineering team to find efficient solutions
What we're looking for
Must be self-reliant, reliable, able to work solo or in a team. Communication skills are a must
Able to manage time effectively
Proven experience as a Steel Fabricator or similar role
Prefer a qualified tradesman but willing to consider capable apprentices
Skilled in the use of fabrication equipment such as MIG/TIG welders, grinders, and plasma cutters
Experience in architectural preferred
High problem solving skills




Able to read and understand drawings
Site and workshop experience
Site tickets / fork ticket
Able to mesh well with TTM's culture
