Experience & Skills Needed
Proven experience managing marketing technology platforms such as AEM,



Creative Cloud, or similar tools.
Robust skills in requirements gathering, creating user stories, and overseeing testing processes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Leadership experience managing squads of 5-10 team members.
Proven stakeholder management in complex and evolving environments.
Knowledge of marketing workflows, content management systems, and digital asset management tools.
