Troocoo Healthcare is looking to connect with experienced Kitchen Hands who are interested in casual opportunities within aged care facilities in Hastings and surrounding areas.

We work with aged care facilities to provide reliable kitchen and hospitality staff for planned leave, ongoing casual work and ad hoc staffing requirements.

About the role
n
As a Kitchen Hand, you may assist with:
n
n
General kitchen duties
n
Basic food preparation and meal service
n
Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
n
Cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas
n
Assisting cooks and kitchen staff as required
n
Following food safety, hygiene and infection control requirements
n
n
About you
n
We're looking for people who:
n
n
Have previous kitchen hand or hospitality experience
n
Are reliable and skilled
n
Can work well as part of a team
n




Have a good understanding of hygiene and food safety
n
Are comfortable working within an aged care environment
n
Have availability for casual shifts, including weekdays and/or weekends
n
n
Aged care experience is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
