You'll be contributing to services at scale, supporting a network that delivers more than 14 billion litres of secure drinking water to over 65,000 properties and treats more than 14 billion litres of wastewater every year.
Key responsibilities
Undertaking planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical plant and equipment across Redland Water's water and wastewater networks.
Operating and maintaining a variety of plant and equipment including cranes, trucks, utes and specialist mechanical equipment.
Supporting the development of maintenance schedules, work records, safety requirements and asset management activities.
Contributing to a safe, compliant and environmentally responsible workplace while working collaboratively with team members and contractors.
What you need
Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent mechanical trade background.
Experience in mechanical maintenance, repairs and fault finding, with skills in welding, fabrication and/or machining.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to deliver practical, fit-for-purpose maintenance solutions.
