We are currently looking for several roles for our kitchen. These roles will work onsite in a fabulous new kitchens onsite at Club Marconi, Bossley Park.

The ideal candidates will be seeking a hands-on-role, and will have:

Some knowledge of Italian cuisine
n
Relevant qualifications including food hygiene
n
Demonstrated capabilities to cook under pressure

Be available to work a rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays)
n
An attitude for service excellence

To be considered for the role you must have the following:
n
n
Minimum of 2-3 years cooking experience in a busy kitchen environment
n
Appropriate qualifications
n
Australian citizen / permanent resident
n
Clearly speak and understand English
n
Ability to work as a team member
n
Ambition and drive
