Konekt is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support people facing mental health, psychosocial, injury-related or health challenges to build confidence and achieve employment and wellbeing goals. You'll deliver one-on-one rehabilitation and vocational support across the Sydney Metro region, developing tailored plans with clients and employers.
