We are currently seeking Part time Food & Beverage Attendants,with a combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner service as well as conferencing tasks, this role has plenty of variety.
n
You'll work alongside the Food and Beverage Team Leaders, Supervisors & Managers to ensure seamless guest experiences.
n
Your role includes the following tasks (but not limited to):
n
n
Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and restaurant bookings;
n
Maintain clean and neat presentation of bar and restaurant area(s), following set opening, closing and daily procedures;
n
Take responsibility for your designated section and station whist on shift and
n
Assist guests with menu offerings and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and suggestive selling.
n
Must be Available minumu 3 shifts a week and Weekends
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate;




n
Must have flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends;
n
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail;
n
Passion for customer service and
n
Point of Sale (POS) experience, desirable.
n
