About The Role
n
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll partner with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles. You'll play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, improving hiring outcomes, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you'll have the opportunity to influence hiring decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through to offer
n
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
n
Source and engage candidates through job boards, networking, and talent pools
n
Screen and shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage communications
n
Provide expert advice to support informed hiring decisionsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
n
Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and time-to-hire
n




Maintain accurate records and reporting within recruitment systems
n

About You

What you'll bring

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a agile environment
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to sourcing and hiring
n
Confidence providing guidance and influencing hiring decisions
n
Experience in disability services, blue-collar, or high-volume recruitment
n
Experience working within a large or complex organisation
n
